DEDICATION TO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Lets face it. We are overwhelmed by companies promising to have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. In most cases, these businesses do in fact offer good service but is it THE BEST? Is it exceptional? What makes it so?

I recently reached out to a large percentage of our clients and point blank asked "Are you 100% satisfied with the customer service you received from my team here at The MPS Group / Printer Solutions?

Sadly, I did not receive the positive feedback I anticipated. In fact, I was quite disappointed. The upside is what I learned. I learned that poor communication was in all cases, the sole reason my clients were unable to report 100% satisfaction.

Even better news is that communications skills can be improved on if our team recognizes the need to "step up our game."
